Violation of Probation/Expungements

Maryland Violation of Probation and Expungements Practicing Nationwide and Licensed in Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Florida

A criminal case is not necessarily over even if you are convicted, a case is dismissed or you are acquitted. After you are charged with a crime, you may be placed on parole or probation. Even if you are acquitted, you could have a record that you wish to be expunged. At The Law Offices of Susan R. Green, P.C., we are experienced in assisting clients with a full range of post-conviction matters.

Even after your criminal trial is over, you may need aggressive legal counsel to prevent a criminal record or in the event of a probation violation. We advocate on behalf of clients facing post-conviction and other post-trial matters. Contact us for a consultation on your post-conviction matter.

  • Record expungement: You may be able to have court and/or police records sealed for a number of criminal charges or arrests. The expungement process can prevent future employers from gaining knowledge of your arrest or conviction. If you were arrested but no charge was filed, or if you were found not guilty or charges were dismissed, we can file a Petition for Expungement on your behalf.
  • Parole violations and probation violations: Parole and probation violations can have serious consequences. If you have violated probation or parole, we can advocate for your rights at a probation revocation hearing or to minimize the consequences of the violation. Do not try to take on your defense alone.
  • Alternative sentencing program: If you are convicted of a DUI or other serious crime, you may be eligible for alternative sentencing programs. We can explain all your options and potential alternatives, and advocate aggressively to reduce your sentence or seek a program suited to your needs.

Our attorney and staff are skilled in the aggressive representation of clients from the trial process through the final resolution of a case. For many clients, the case is not over even after a final ruling is made in the criminal matter. You may need an attorney in the event of a probation violation or parole violation. You may need record expungement to protect your job opportunities. We will aggressively advocate for your rights after your criminal matter is over.
